Return & Exchange Policy

Please email before shipping your return. Please include your order # and name in your return parcel. Please email [email protected] with your reason to return an item. 

We only accept unworn merchandise for returns for STORE CREDIT and exchanges within 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY (Jewelry, handbags and lingerie are FINAL SALE) Tags must still be attached. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your return (or exchange) after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a STORE CREDIT. If you would like an exchange, your new item will ship upon receipt and approval of the returned item. Please allow at least 15 days to process your return.

Please note you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item. 

Please make sure your order has the correct shipping address and size. There will be no changes allowed after it's purchased. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled.
